What to Expect at New Student Orientation:

• Check-in will begin at 9:30 am. Orientation will begin promptly at 10 am.
• Hear from Student Services and Campus Resources
• Participate in an interactive Student Panel Q&A
• Meet fellow new students and start building your college community!

Important Notes:

• Orientation is required for all new students.
• Please RSVP in advance—spots are limited to 150 per session.
• Our parking lots are under construction. The map below shows where parking is currently available. The Student Success Center is located in the Tart Building (Building D).
• Shuttle will be available to pick students beginning at 9 am behind the Learning Resource Center (LRC, Building E). 

Next Steps After Orientation: 

1. Meet with an Advisor – If you haven't already, schedule an advising session to plan your classes and ensure you're on the right path.
2. Register for Classes – Once advised, register for your chosen courses through our student portal.
3. Pay for Classes – Review payment options and deadlines.
4. Get Your Student ID & Parking Pass – Stop by the Student Success Center to receive your Student ID and Parking Pass for campus access.
5. Buy Your Books – Visit the bookstore or order your textbooks online to be fully prepared for class.
